1.Change of Mind (Unwanted Items)

You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item—typically within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
If the item shows signs of use or reduced resale value, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund.
Returns must be sent at your expense unless otherwise arranged.

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Report any issue within 14 days for inspections under your statutory rights.
Please provide photos and a clear description when contacting us.
We may offer repair, replacement, or full refund based on what’s reasonable and available.

 

3. Damaged on Delivery

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and notify us within 48 hours if it’s damaged.
Save all packaging and, if possible, take photos.
We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process, including pickup options where applicable.

 

4. Timelines & Refund Methods

Refunds processed via your original payment method, usually within 14 days of receiving the item—or once we’ve confirmed the fault/delivery damage.
If delivery cancellation occurs due to our error, you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges, within 14 days.

 

5. Collection Services

If you require us to collect items (e.g., heavy appliances) that you no longer want, a collection fee may apply. We’ll notify you of the cost when arranging the return.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable unless faulty. These include:

Customized or special-order goods
Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed (e.g., bedding, personal care products)
