2. Contract of Purchase

A binding contract between you and Sale Appliances Ltd is formed once:

Your payment has been successfully processed, and
You receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging your order.

 

Until payment is confirmed, we are not obliged to supply any goods or services.

 

Customer responsibilities:

You must provide accurate and complete information (including name, address, and email).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct delivery/collection details.

 

Fulfilment method:

Tickets or confirmations (where applicable) will be delivered electronically by email.
